2. Our Services
Kolohe Canine Ohana LLC provides professional dog training services in Kaneohe, Hawaii, and surrounding areas. Our offerings include:
Private Lesson Packages
Board and Train Packages
Initial Consultations
Training may take place at our home facility in Kaneohe or at a client’s location, as arranged in advance.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or pricing structure at any time.
3. Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking to secure your scheduled dates of service.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of your scheduled service.
Clients may reschedule a service with at least six (6) months’ advance notice from the original scheduled date, subject to availability.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than six months in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Payments are accepted via cash, credit card, or Venmo.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date information about their dog’s health, vaccination status, and behavior history.
Following all trainer instructions during and after sessions to ensure the best outcome.
Keeping their dog under control at all times during training.
We reserve the right to discontinue service if a dog’s behavior presents a safety risk to trainers, clients, or the public, or if the client fails to follow safety protocols.
5. Liability Waiver
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You understand that dog training, even when conducted by professionals, involves inherent risks of injury or damage to people, dogs, and property.
You voluntarily assume all such risks.
You release and hold harmless Kolohe Canine Ohana LLC, its owners, trainers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in training sessions or related activities.
You are fully responsible for your dog’s actions and any resulting injury or damage to persons, animals, or property during or after training.
6. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including:
Name, phone number, email address, and home address
Dog’s name, breed, age, vaccination status, and behavior information
Payment details (processed securely via trusted third-party providers)

c. Data Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least six (6) months prior to your scheduled service may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or partially completed services.
8. Media Release
By participating in our services, you grant Kolohe Canine Ohana LLC permission to take and use photos, videos, or recordings of your dog for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes (e.g., social media, website, or printed materials).
If you prefer to opt out, please provide written notice before the start of your service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of law principles.
